Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for the 9,500 square-foot, two-story existing law enforcement center for the City of Clemson, originally built in 1996.

Trehel provided construction services for a new four-story city parking deck with 250 parking spaces and a walkway connecting the garage to the adjacent Clemson Centre.

Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for a new 24,000-square foot city hall building which houses magistrate courts and all the city departments, along with technology and communications support systems.

Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for the new Captain Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library that serves as the headquarters for the Pickens County Library System.

Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for a new single-story, 10,600 SF police training facility and extensive sitework with new parking. In addition, the building features offices, an expansive training room, and secure storage areas.

Trehel helped transform a dilapidated downtown property into an utterly re-imagined greenspace public park. Key features of the park are an expansive outdoor Amphitheatre and a wall of cascading water and fountains.
