Trehel provided construction services for the Leed Silver-certified 54,685 square-foot mixed-use facility and dormitory, which includes Wofford College’s new Center for Professional Excellence, classroom space, offices, a deli-style café, and a small food market.
Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for the new 40,289 square-foot Tri-County Career Center located on Oconee Campus.
Trehel completed the construction of a new 12,000-square-foot K4 charter school for Legacy Early College.
Trehel provided CM@Risk preconstruction and construction services for the new Hamilton Career and Technology Center in the Oconee Industry and Technology Park in Oconee County.
Trehel is honored to partner with the School District of Oconee County on the new 169,000 SF Seneca Middle School.
