Located in the heart of the Westend art district, the new Culinary and Hospitality Innovation Center project was an adaptive re-use of the old Diversified Metals Fabrication warehouse at the new Poe West development.
This adaptive-reuse project involved converting a big box retail development into a new modern worship facility.
The project was a 34,000-square-foot historic rehabilitation of the old P&N Railroad warehouse in Anderson, SC, known to be over 100 years old.
Work for the project included the historic restoration of the existing early 1900’s period home on site and the reconstruction of an adjacent structure similar in size and scope.
Trehel completed the renovation and expansion project of the historic Ideal Feed and Seed store structure and site on Laurens Road.
Trehel provided preconstruction and construction services for the new mixed-use building that will serve as the new headquarters for Trehel, the marketing agency Cargo and WOW Salon with additional space for tenants.
