Project Scope: Trehel was the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Walhalla High School project in Walhalla, SC. The main building is 260,000 square feet and will accommodate 1,300 students. The scope of work also included the construction of a 4,168-seat football stadium and multiple support buildings for spring and winter sports. Amenities for these facilities include; coach’s offices, locker rooms, restroom facilities, concessions, baseball & softball fields, football, and soccer practice areas, track & field event venues, and tennis courts. The project was completed three months ahead of schedule and under budget.
