A prime example is the Keowee Springs Clubhouse and Cart Barn project, which was built on an 11-acre site. Designed by the renowned New York and San Francisco architectural firm Hart Howerton, the elegant and modern rustic facilities blend well with the surrounding landscape and offer magnificent views of the golf course and grounds.
The single-story, 23,965-square-foot clubhouse is constructed of a combination of materials, including heavy timber, steel, and traditional wood framing. In addition, the facility features open-air breezeways, a dining room, a bar, a golf shop, and a wellness center.
