Project Scope: Trehel provided CM@Risk preconstruction and construction services for the new Hamilton Career and Technology Center in the Oconee Industry and Technology Park in Oconee County. The facility offers vocational-type training for high school-age students attending schools within the Oconee County school system.
With more than 20 programs available, students will have educational opportunities for more job-specific training for industries ranging from Building Construction to Nursing/Medical. In addition to the main building, two large outbuildings feature specialized student learning equipment and a fully operational greenhouse. The culinary program hosts the Considerate Cafe, which allows the public to dine at a full-functioning kitchen and cafe operated by the students.
