Project Scope: Downtown Presbyterian was a partnering/design-build 42,730 square foot project consisting of structural steel framing in-filled with light gauge metal framing with brick masonry and precast exterior. The project includes a three-story education/ministry building consisting of a nursery, playground, classroom, chapel, youth, and administrative office space, as well as a new 800-seat sanctuary with a steeple tower and new surface parking. Joining these two spaces is an open lobby with gathering and display areas and bathroom, utility, and kitchen space.
