Project Scope: Trehel provided selective demolition and interior renovation construction services to transform the old chemo transfusion suite into a new and bold vision for adolescent and young adult cancer treatment. The space includes four renovated patient rooms and a common area for visitation, social engagement, and physical therapy. In addition, vibrant colors and a circadian lighting system were used to simulate exterior spaces to promote well-being and attitude for patients with compromised immune systems who cannot go outside.
