Project Scope: Trehel completed a new medical office building for Baptist Easley at Patrick Square in Clemson, SC. The facility is home to four physician offices, Clemson Primary Care, Clemson Neurology, Roger C. Peace Rehab Services, and the Baptist Easley Sleep Lab. The two-story 14,397 square-foot brick veneer structure features American colonial-style architecture design. The lower-level features include a lobby, patient waiting areas, general practice exam rooms, lab and x-ray rooms, and a sleep therapy center. Rehab and neurology exam rooms and doctor offices are housed on the upper level.
