The purpose of Trehel's Caring Team is to honor God by caring for people. The goal of the Caring Team is to identify and meet the needs of our fellow team members, their families, and people across our community. We want to share the love of Christ by fully embodying our values and actively ensuring that those individuals' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Caught You Caring
Caught You Caring is a way for us to recognize our fellow Trehel team members for simply living our Values. As you recall, with your help, Trehel created our Values in Action. Our Values in Action are a simple way to know what behaviors are part of living our Values each day and in our specific roles. In addition, it makes it easier to spot when you see someone else living them out. Therefore, if you see someone living out our Values, please nominate them below. Each month we will recognize those individuals and we will have a monthly drawing for a $50 gift card.
Team members who have experienced unexpected expenses or a loss can apply for a grant or a loan through the Employee Emergency Assistance Fund (EEAF). All requests are presented to the Trehel Caring Team within 48 hours (M-F) and are kept anonymous. Employees may make requests for themselves or another employee who may normally not ask for help. All full-time employees who have worked for Trehel at least 90 days are eligible. The maximum amount given within a calendar year is $500.
