The School District of Oconee County hosts a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Seneca Middle School

April 16, 2024
The new facility contains 169,000 SF, is 926’ in total length, and features three 200’ wings for sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. Additionally, it has a vast range of amenities, including spacious classrooms, a versatile cafetorium, a well-equipped gymnasium, a modern media center, and dedicated spaces for several elective programs. The project also included extensive site work, covering 36 acres of grading, infrastructure, landscaping, a practice field with track, and ample parking on the 41-acre site.
Our Trehel team was honored to partner with the School District of Oconee County and Jumper Carter Sease Architects on this tremendous project. We express our sincere gratitude to our numerous building partners for their dedication and for creating a facility that will serve many future generations of Oconee County students!
