Just in time to welcome the new year, in December we relocated our corporate office to 914 Pendleton Street, Suite 200, Greenville, SC. Trehel provided construction services for the new 36,000 square-foot mixed-use building that will serve as the new headquarters for Trehel and the marketing agency Cargo with additional space for multiple tenants.

The adaptive re-use project of the 1930’s building consisted of adding two additional floors built above the existing structure, which was once an old A&P grocery store. Scope of work for the project included extensive site work for underground detention, additional parking featuring 118 spaces, and landscaping.
McMillian Pazdan Smith provided architectural design services for the building shell and Signature Architects provided design services for the Trehel office upfit. Our construction project team consisted of Jack Weber, Senior Project Manager, VP of Project Management, John Folk, Senior Estimator, Chris Frey serving as Project Superintendent and Evan Cherry serving as Assistant Project Superintendent.
